New introductions at Government arts college

There is a new introduction at the government arts college this year. New full time M. Phil and Ph.D courses are introduced and this has comforted undergraduate and postgraduate students to a great extent. This also includes defense studies. The state has ordered to introduce the below courses at the government arts college, Kovai:
- B.A. Defense and Strategic Studies
- M.A. Political Science
- M.A. Tourism and Travel Administration
This has enhanced the overall standard of the 150 years old college. Intimations about these new courses were given right at the time of admission. Candidates were told that admissions will get opened immediately after government’s approval which has now happened.
