Vannarapettai – Meenjur to soon have metro rail

The metro rail department recently stated that the Tamil Nadu government is inspecting the Vandallur-Meenjur road for the possibilities of laying metro rail track in it.
It is well known that the Koyambedu - St.thomas mount metro rail function will commence during July 2014. At this juncture, now, the government has planned to connect each and every part of the city through metro rail.
On account of this, the metro rail track is to be laid at vannarapetai – thiruvotriyur pathway.
