Indian Medical Council has placed its acceptance order to allow the D.D. Medical College, Thiruvallur district for the accretion of students for the year of 2010-2011. Again, it takes back its acceptance order.
D.D. Medical College administration has filled the
case in Chennai High Court against Indian Medical Council.
During January, the case has been dealt by the Judge
K.K.Sasitharan and he announced that ‘neglecting the accretion of students in
D.D. Medical College is virtuous’.
Hence the D.D. Medical College has been moved
forward to the Supreme Court to file its case.
This case has been handled by the judges
Jayachandran and Kalyana Sundaram.
As per the assurance of the D.D. Medical College Administration that they will not involve in Students accretion, the Supreme Court has served the interim ban order for the case of Indian Medical Council of getting back the permission on accretion of students in D.D. Medical College.
