  • Diabetes patient should refrain from alcohol and wines.
  • Better to shun honey, jams, glucose, sugar, sweet cakes and pastries including all sweets. Since these sugar items are absorbed quickly and do not assure hunger. 

Finally, diabetes patient needs to be aware that, practicing exercise is a must. Hold a habit of doing 30 minutes to one hour of exercise or walking daily, as this will lead a new charter of life to our body.
