Healthy Food Recipe method to cook - Groundnut chutney

Ingredients:
  • Groundnut – 100 gm
  • Dry red chillies – 3 Nos
  • Tamarind – as required
  • Salt – as required
  • Coconut – as required
  • Oil – 1 spoon
  • Mustard and fennel seeds – ½ spoon
  • Asafoetida – a pinch
Method:
  1. Dry fry the groundnuts and peel off the skin


  2. Grind required quantity of coconut in a mixer  


  3. Add salt, groundnut, dry red chillies, and tamarind and grind it together with coconut by adding little water

  4. Heat a pan and add mustard, fennel seeds and Asafoetida. Add this seasoning to the ground chutney

  5. So the favorite dish of all kids at your home is now ready!
