Facility to book wheel-chair while booking tickets in IRCTC

IRCTC - Indian Railway Catering and Touring Corporation - is shortly introducing the facility to book wheel-chairs while booking train tickets for the elderly & differently-abled people.
IRCTC officials explained:
Usage of smart-phones is ever-increasing with the public.
With this trend, IRCTC is simplifying travel booking and also providing additional faculties. Introduction of the facility to book wheelchairs is one more step in our efforts.
Currently, this facility is being tested in important Railway Stations.
The facility was introduced in New Delhi Railway Station on Thursday, 13th August.
It is planned to introduce this facility gradually in the next 2 month in most railway stations.
This facility is certainly of immense help to the elderly, differently-abled and people suffering from ill-health.
