Voice Note Lock feature for Android enabled WhatsApp

The current WhatsApp platform works the voice notes in the form of demanding the user to press and hold the recording button. The latest update of the new beta version ruled out the press and hold feature for enabling the user to be more convenient in locking the voice recording or mic button.
Along with the Voice note lock system the latest update of the WhatsApp for Android beta version 2.18.102 provides the size of the WhatsApp stickers before downloading.
This lock feature is already available in iOS versions of the WhatsApp and now in the new beta version it is enabled in the Android device installed Application as well. This feature prompts the user to record the voice file and then tapping the send button will send the data whereas you can select cancel option to delete the file. When the bottom right mic icon in the WhatsApp is swiped upwards it will lock the recorded voice file.
The future update also aims in providing a preview for the recorded voice file before sending it. There is another feature that provides the option for the user to switch between voice calls and video calls according to the requirement.
