No news on Lakshmi Roy hereafter,Orders Madras HC

The Madras High Court on Thursday passed an interim order on Kumudham, a weekly Tamil magazine, published from Chennai, not to publish any news or articles relating to actress Lakshmi Roy.
The order was passed following an application made by the actress seeking the direction of the court sometime ago, that the weekly had published her interview in which the weekly had included a statement which she had never uttered at the time of interview.
In her petition the actress has prayed the court that the weekly should tender an unconditional apology to her and should not publish any news item or articles relating to her in the magazine in future.
