Cooking Method
  • Take a wide bowl and add the eggs into it
  • To this, add finely chopped onions and green chillies (adding green chillies is optional though)
  • Add required amount of salt and pepper powder and mix well
  • Now, add finely chopped tomatoes
  • Peel the skin from carrots and finely grate it in a grater
  • Add the grated carrots to the egg mix now
  • Followed by this, add finely chopped or finely grated cabbage
  • Finely chop coriander leaves and add this to the egg mix
  • Now mix all the ingredients together and beat it well
  • Take a paniyaram skillet and apply oil inside each and every paniyaram tray. Make sure to apply the oil thoroughly.
  • Heat this in the stove and add quarter teaspoon of oil in each of the tray.
  • Now gently pour the egg mix into each of the trays. Make sure not to add the egg mix fully. Add just until it fills half of the tray, as the eggs will plump up once cooked.

  • Once the flipside is also cooked, your egg paniyaram is ready
