Healthy drink for Indigestion and Pitham

Ingredients

  • Coriander seeds (Dhania) - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds (Seeragam) - 1 tsp
  • Fresh Curry leaves (Karuveppilai) - 1 Handful
  • Palm candy /  jaggery or Nattu sakkarai - 2 tbsp

Preparation  
  • In a wide bowl add one and half glass of water.



  • Add Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, Curry leaves to it.



  • Boil for 10 minutes and the water reduces half in volume approximately.



  • Switch off the stove.



  • Filter the mixture and add Jaggery to it.



  • Mix well and drink hot.



  • Its healthy digestive drink.

Tips

  • You can drink at morning or any time for one week.
  • You can try using sugar or honey instead of jaggery.
  • You can have this drink if you find any symptoms of pitham, indigestion and nausea.
