Results of second, fourth and sixth semesters announced at Anna Univ.

The results of the second, fourth and sixth semester exams for engineering courses at Anna University was announced on Thursday. Thursday was also the first day of college for fresh engineering aspirants.
The date for the announcement of results was not intimated earlier. ‘For the past few years, results, which usually come out in the last week of June or early July, have been postponed till August because the university waits to release the second semester results along with the others. This becomes an issue when we have to apply for revaluation, the results of which come in October. By that time we are selected to sit for campus placements based on our existing marks’, said a final year student.
