Rs 200 notes soon

RBI gives a ‘go ahead’ to print Rs 200 notes, say recent reports. The banking regulator, Reserve Bank of India has given its nod for printing of the new denomination note and expects the work to begin after June this year.

SBI reduces base rate of interest

The State bank of India has reduced the base rate for debts. The base interest rate is reduced by 0.15 percent. After reducing, the interest becomes 9.10 percent.
