To reduce high Blood Pressure or hypertension in us try these healthy habits

The pressure of the circulating blood on the walls of the blood vessels is termed as BP or blood pressure. It is important to mention that along with the respiratory rate, heart rate, oxygen saturation, body temperature etc this BP is one of the vital signs that shows the status of the body functions. Neutral BP is very important and increase in BP or high BP could lead to heart diseases plus strokes etc. Hypertension is the other name given to high BP in us.

This hypertension is called as silent killer as it does not show any symptoms usually. In persons having very high BP, few symptoms like fatigue, blurred vision, headaches, palpitations etc are present.   By adopting some healthy habits in our life we could overcome high BP issue.

These below mentioned healthy habits would reduce the hypertension in us.

Reduced intake of salt - This is very important and must be followed so that BP gets lowered. It is clear that those persons whose daily intake of salt is less than 1500 mg their BP remains controlled.

Healthy plus nutritious diet intake - It is superb to mention here that by consuming fruits and vegetables high BP could be lowered in us. It is also good to consume foods like whole grains, low fat dairy products etc as they also lowers high BP.

Proper weight control is needed - In this fast paced world not many of us have time to care about our weight and this could lead to many issues like high BP plus other issues like increase in cholesterol and diabetes etc. Weight of our body must be maintained as per the height and BMI must be checked regularly.

Regular exercises are compulsory - This is also very important and must be done daily so that BP gets controlled. A minimum time of 30 minutes must be spent every day for exercising.

Alcohol consumption must be reduced - It is worthy to mention that by intake of alcohol our sympathetic nervous system gets activated and this leads to hypertension in us. So by reducing the intake of alcohol this high BP issue could be avoided.
