This is one superb method to treat this cramp in our legs. The muscle strain is removed by the magnesium present in this rock salt. In the first step put rock salt in hot water. Then keep your legs in that hot water for a time of 20 minutes. Relief from the leg cramp is got.
Apple cider vinegar:
Prepared from apples, sugar and yeast, apple cider vinegar is mostly used in salad dressings, food preservatives etc. This apple cider vinegar could also be used treat leg cramps. Apple cider vinegar has potassium and it plays huge role in the removal of muscle strain.
Stretching:
Stretching is one easy way to treat the cramps in our legs. It is said that stretching for 15 to 30 seconds could relax the muscle and reduce the pain effectively.
Clove oil:
Cloves belong to family ‘Myrateceae’ and they are aromatic flower buds. Oil extracted from clove is clove oil.
