The shocking piece of information is women are more prone to thyroid issues when compared to men.

Sleeping too much:

Under active thyroid gland could be responsible for the tiredness and sleeping during the day time. Our body needs thyroid hormones to provide energy and when thyroid glands do not produce thyroid hormones needed by our body then it results in day time tiredness.
