Exercises like walking, jogging, swimming, yoga etc could help in moving the food through digestive system. By this the chances of getting digestive problems is lowered.
By avoiding stress:
The common word that is used by many these days is stress. Many factors contribute to this stress in us. The stress could result in many digestive issues like IBS, stomach ulcers, diarrhoea etc in us. Certain breathing exercises, yoga and meditation could reduce the stress and improve the digestive health.
Intake of healthy fats:
It is said that the food moves smoothly through the digestive system by means of fats. Intake of cheese, olive oil, whole eggs etc could be highly beneficial for the digestive health.
