Taken through mouth as well by injection, folic acid is one of water soluble B vitamins. There are other names by which it is called and these are folate, folacin, vitamin B9 etc.

Folic acid deficiency is one such deficiency that could create issues for us. Extreme fatigue:

Oral pain:

This is also one important symptom that is shown by the deficiency of folic acid. Some persons might have painful tongue, mouth ulcers, gum issues etc in them and it might be due to lack of folic acid.

Difficulty in vision:
