Please avoid consuming these foods that could cause memory loss

In this world, every person must have good mental health for their lives to be normal and smooth. The truth is this is not possible as many people get affected by issues like Alzheimer’s disease, dementia etc in their older ages. These above mentioned people would not have a good memory power and face many difficulties in their daily lives.

The research studies have confirmed that intake of saturated fats and trans- fats could increase LDL or bad cholesterol levels. This would result in the formation of beta-amyloid plaques in the brain. It must be taken into account that these sticky protein clusters get accumulated and result in plaques and finally lead to Alzheimer’s disease. Hence it is very important for us to avoid intake of certain foods that could result in our memory loss.

Please avoid eating these foods that could cause memory loss.

Avoid intake of cakes, cookies pies etc:

It is said that cakes, pies and cookies that has frosting, margarines etc are full of trans- fats. These foods must be avoided totally because intake of these foods having high trans-fats would increase the risk of getting Alzheimer’s disease, poor memory, cognitive decline etc.

Avoid intake of popcorns:

A chemical named diacetyl is present in the popcorns and this increases amyloid plaques in the brain. In the end, Alzheimer’s disease occurs in us. So please try to avoid eating popcorns.

Avoid eating French fries:

Both trans-fat as well as saturated fats are present in French fries. Hence intake of this food must be avoided at any cost as it would lead to Alzheimer’s disease, poor memory etc.

Avoid intake of sugary drinks:

Many drinks like sports drinks, fruit juices and energy drinks have negative impact on the brain. It could result in type-2 diabetes in us. In people without diabetes, the risk of getting dementia is more in those with high sugar levels in the blood.
