Neem leaves widely referred to as Veppam Ilai in Tamil is one of the best Ayurvedic medicines in use. They are rich in nimbinen, nimbolide, nimbin, ninbinene and nimandia. These leaves have got excellent anti-fungi and anti-bacterial properties and also act as anti-inflammatory agent.
