Hungry at the night time, then try these healthy snacks

To avoid weight gain in us it is advised to consume foods few hours before we go to bed. It must be noted that by this there would be better digestion also in us. In the night time, most of us feel hungry and we consume some snacks. Point is these snacks might not be good for our health also and we might consume some unnecessary calories. Eating healthy snacks as food at the night time will help to avoid issues in us.

There are few healthy snacks that could be consumed by us in the night time.

Intake of mixture of nuts and seeds:

There are many essential nutrients in this mixture of nuts and seeds. Thus intake of this combination at the night time is good for the health. It must be noted that eating in right quantities is very important.

Intake of yoghurt:

To beat the hunger at the night time, it is superb to eat yoghurt that is healthy and refreshing. By the addition of favourite fruit, we could make the yoghurt more interesting. It is advised to avoid yoghurt with added sugars.

Intake of boiled egg:

Who said boiled egg is only for the breakfast. It could be consumed even at the night time also. It is known that eggs are loaded with proteins. By adding the favourite spice, boiled eggs could be consumed with more taste.

Intake of berries:

Rich in antioxidants, berries could be eaten as late night snacks as they would not harm our health. It is said that by eating berries we would not feel heavy in the night.

Intake of oats:

The presence of fibres in the oats makes us feel full and we would not get hungry for long periods of time. In addition to this, oats are good for sleeping and they would improve our gut health also.

Intake of vegetables with a dip:

Fresh vegetable sticks are highly nutritious is known. The nutritional value of the vegetables makes them essential part of our daily diet. It must be noted that vegetables with dip would be nutritious and healthy and consuming them at night would not harm us.
