It is said that our gut health plays a huge role in supporting many functions inside us  Point to be noted is right from the digestion of food till eliminating the food from our body, gut is responsible for many important functions. Various names by which gut is known are GI tract, alimentary canal, digestive tract etc. It is brought out that minor mistakes could harm our gut health. Many diseases would not attack us if we keep the gut healthy.

There are few tips or ways by which our gut health could be improved. These are

Intake of balanced diet:
Balanced diet is very important as it could make our gut healthy. Intake of garlic, pineapple, apple cider vinegar, broccoli, ginger etc could leave soothing effect on the gut. Our body needs enough nutrients and intake of balanced diet would make sure that our body gets enough nutrients. By this, healthy weight is also promoted in us.

By adding more probiotics to diet:
The presence of good bacteria in the probiotics could help in better digestion. One important example for probiotics is yoghurt. These yoghurts could be eaten at any time but it is advised to avoid flavoured yoghurts as they have added sugars in them. It is said that addition of fresh yoghurt to the diet is superb.

Eat what suits us:
Monitoring the gut health and keeping a regular check on it is very essential. Point is if there is any trouble after eating something then it is advised not to consume it. It is also necessary to check different food tolerances.

Intake of more protein based diet:
This is also one important way to keep our gut in good shape. It is better to avoid foods that have high sugars, high fats etc. By practising smart eating it is possible to have superb gut health.
