Not eating the right food:
It is important to note that the food we consume could affect the blood sugar levels in us. To avoid major fluctuations in the blood sugar levels, making healthy changes in the diet is essential. It is said that diabetic persons must consume diabetic friendly foods like leafy greens, turmeric, cinnamon etc to could control the diabetes naturally.

Not keeping constant track:
Many diabetic persons fail to keep constant track of their blood sugar levels and as a result their blood sugar levels increase. They get affected by other health complications also. If there is constant rise in the blood sugar levels, then the doctor must be consulted.

Poor dental health:
The shocking piece of information is poor dental health or gum health could increase the blood sugar levels. It must be noted that gum diseases are complications of type-2 diabetes. The important point is those with diabetes must have their gums checked regularly.

Not getting enough sleep:
Improper sleep could lead to an increase in the blood sugar levels. It is revealed that diabetics must maintain their sleeping pattern because poor sleep could increase the blood sugar levels.
