Now-a-days, most pregnant women are afraid of normal delivery and deliver through Cesarean operation. But this operation will leave a trail of pain for a long duration. However, the pain during the normal delivery lasts only till the delivery! Hence, it is advisable to avoid caesarian operation and prefer the normal delivery.

If certain simple methods are followed during the early stages of pregnancy, it is certain that the delivery will be normal, smooth, and painless!

Here it goes:

Avoid tablets - Tablets are sometimes prescribed for normal delivery. But these medications are harmful to the body. Hence, totally avoid taking any tablets.

Physical Exercises - Pregnant women must do daily physical exercises such as walking and swimming,. This will keep the body in good health and will help in normal delivery.

Drink plenty of water - For the infant’s good health and for a smooth normal delivery, pregnant women should drink a lot of water. During pregnancy, it is advised that women should drink at least 10 glasses of water daily.

Yoga - Pregnant women can continue to do yoga exercises daily. This will ensure a smooth normal delivery.

Keep mental peace - During pregnancy, most women experience a lot of different emotions. This mental stress can harm the infant and also the normal delivery. Hence, pregnant women have to keep mental peace and remain cool.

Food  - Food habits during pregnancy play an important role in normal smooth delivery. The food should help the infant’s healthy growth and the normal delivery.

Presence of experienced person - Most pregnant women are scared about normal delivery and hence prefer cesarean operation. However, experienced person like mother or mother-in-law should counsel the pregnant women and convince them about normal delivery. They will gain some confidence and this will ensure normal smooth delivery.

Attending classes on pregnancy - It is preferable for the first-time pregnant women to attend classes on normal delivery. They will learn the various steps and procedures ensuring normal delivery.
