Having problems digesting non-vegetarian items? Try these hints

Most of us have a great relish for eating non-vegetarian food items. However, taken by the itch to consume these items immediately after seeing them may affect many individuals as they find the items consumed could not be easily digested.

The enzymes produced in the digestion system help the digestion process. Some food items have the natural property to help digest quickly. These have even the additional capacity to remove the toxic elements in the non-vegetarian food. It is worthwhile knowing about such items here:

Warm water – Taking cold water while taking non-vegetarian food will tend solidify the oil content in the non-veg item being eaten. This leads to indigestion problems. So, you can drink some warm water after the eating session. This would ease and enable easier digestion. This would also help remove the toxic elements in the non-veg items. Especially taking warm water after dinner during the night enable and stimulates the small intestine and the large intestine (colon) for better function, So, any constipation problems get avoided.

Papaya = Papaya is rich in minerals and vitamins. This fruit is ideal to take care of your digestion problems. Better take the pieces of papaya with a few drops of lemon juice. Otherwise, include papaya in the fruit salad taken as a dessert.

Cumin seeds – Taking water mixed with a few pinches of cumin seeds is of great help in easing the digestion problems and enabling faster and easier digestion. This also prevents the inflammation of the blood veins in the intestinal path.

Mint Juice – Mint has the property to relax the Sphincter muscle located between the stomach and the food pipe. So, take some lemon juice mixed with a small number of mint leaves after taking on-vegetarian food. These would not only cure the digestion problem but also prevent/cure problems such as stomach-ache, sour-belching, etc. relate bad digestion.

Banana – Banana is rich in fibre content. Fibre-rich food items contain insulin. So, this helps to increase the good bacteria in the system. This will also prevent the deposit of acids in the digestion route. When the acidity increases, it leads to stomach-irritation, chest irritation, and indigestion problems.

Green Tea – An hour after the food session, it is advisable to drink 50 ml of green tea. This would simplify and ease the digestion system. It is advised to take 2 cups of green tea on a daily basis – once in the morning and once in the evening.
