Hip pain is one common issue many people complain these days. The word ‘Hip’ refers to a joint or an anatomical region in us. Persons having this issue would feel difficult in walking or sitting etc. The day to day activities would not be done by the persons having hip pain.
Causes of hip pain:
There are many causes for the hip pain in us. These may be nervous, due to infections, trauma related or genetic causes. Pain in the hips is also associated with the lower back pain in few cases.
These could cure our hip pain effectively.
By doing exercises:
This is one important way to treat the hip pain efficiently. By exercising our hip pain would reduce. Exercising also helps us in providing energy plus it improves our body posture. Bridge exercise would be superb.
By cold compressing:
The portion of our hip that pains must be cold compressed. By doing this swelling and inflammation of that portion would be reduced. This cold compression of hips must be done atleast 2 times in a day for a time of 15 minutes.
By wearing shoes comfortably:
It is said that the way by which we wear our shoes could also lead to hip pain. Our legs, calves and ankles must be supported and wearing shoes to support these is essential. Wear shoes that would make us walk comfortably.
By doing swimming:
Our pain in the hips could be reduced by swimming and by other water based exercises. By these our muscles present in the hips become strong
