Various fluids that could be consumed are plain water, infused water with herbs, coconut water, electoral water etc. Peppermint tea could be consumed by those recovering from this issue.
Intake of eggs:
Full of proteins, eggs could be consumed by a person recovering from a stomach bug. Point is that eggs are easy for the stomach. Rich in vitamin B plus selenium, eggs could boost our immunity.
Intake of lean meat:
