This is also one important way to reduce creatinine levels in us. So it would be good to avoid foods like red meat, dairy products etc
By limiting the use of NSAIDS:
Truth is that non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are pain killers and excess intake would result in kidney issues in us. Those with high levels of creatinine must limit the intake of these.
By keeping check on fluid intake:
Persons with high creatinine levels must keep a check on the intake of fluids. Point is that doctors normally recommend a certain level of fluid intake as their kidneys are not functioning well.
By avoiding alcohol and smoking etc:
The creatinine levels would become more when a person drinks or smokes etc. Hence, it is important to avoid drinking or smoking.
