SBI to share 3% of its profit with employees

As a move of talent retention and motivation, the State Bank of India has planned to distribute three per cent of its annual profit to all its employees. The bank has received nod from the Finance Ministry for the same, said Chairperson of SBI, Arundhati Bhattacharya.
To meet the competitive pressure, it is important to ensure that the people are renumerated well, she said.
