South west monsoon rains are prevailing in Tamil Nadu. There are rains in some places of Tamil Nadu due to deep depression over west-central Bay of Bengal.An official of the Meteorological Centre has mentioned: deep depression over west-central Bay of Bengal was formed on 26th. It is still stationed there. Because of this, there will be rains in some places of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
