Sony Pictures to acquire TEN sports from Zee Entertainment

Zee entertainment has decided to sell TEN sports networks and all its subsidiaries to Sony Pictures for a price of $385 million.
Earlier, there were reports that the Sony Pictures was set to acquire TEN sports. An official announcement was expected by end of this month. All the channels including EN 1, TEN 1 HD, TEN 2, TEN 3, TEN Golf HD will now be acquired.
TEN sports and TEN cricket widely seen across many countries including India, Maldives, Singapore, Middle East, Hong Kong, etc is also included in the list of acquisition.
