Jim C. Walton (born in 1948) is the youngest son of Wal-mart founder Sam Walton. He is the CEO of Arvest Bank. With an estimated current net worth of around $16.8 billion, he is ranked by Forbes as the 23rd-richest person in world.

Mr.Walton also serves as Chairman of Community Publishers, Inc. which operates newspapers in Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Mr. Walton has been a member of the Board since 2005.
