Ingredients |
- 1 Kg Tapioca Crumbs
- 3 Green Chilly
- 3 Small Onion
- 3 Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Fennel
- 1/4 Grated Cocunut
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 sprigs Curry Leaves
- 1 tablespoon Cocunut oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

Preparation method |
- Wash the tapioca crumbs, put it into the vessel and add salt for taste
- Add water(water level should be above the crumbs) and cook it.
- 3 Small Onion
- After cooking tapioca, pour out the water.
- add the grated cocunut and other ingredients. Put it into the cooked tapioca. keep it under low steam for a while. Mash it well.
- Take a tawa and pour 1 table spoon of cocunut oil, add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, shallots and curry leaves. fry until it becomes light brown. Add these into the already prepared dish and mix well.
