Dwindling cement rates in TN
Compared to October, price of cement has dipped by Rs 10 to Rs 20 per bag this month. Ban on sand mining and poor monsoon are the reasons for such dwindling rates, say analysts.

Mandatory online property registration postponed to 1st January
The plan to make online registration of property mandatory has now been postponed to 1st January 2018. There are 578 property registration offices in the state of Tamil Nadu.

House dimensions changed in the House for All scheme
The central government has undertaken the project to provide own house for all the urban residents before the year 2022. Now, the central government has approved to change the dimensions or measurements.

Online property registration mandatory from 15th November
All activities have been completed to facilitate online property registration in all the 578 registration offices in the state of Tamil Nadu from 15th November.

CMDA issues regularization guidelines for unapproved plots
Over 5 lakh unapproved plots within and around Chennai are likely to be regularized, as the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority is likely to take an effort.
