Plot Guideline value revision implemented
The department of land registration has explained that the proposed revision of the registration rates will be applicable only to 4 categories.

Market guideline estimate price for plots/lands down, registration charges up
A 33% reduction in the market guideline estimate price for buying a plot/land has been announced effective from today (Friday, 9th June).

Registrations can now be made with cash
A new circular is issued from the Registration Department. It contains details of procedures to be practiced at the time of property registration. From all those who register property, sub-registrar offices will accept cash.
