Plan your Day by using Calendar
From the pauper to a king they all have only 24 hours per day, no ration to you and no leverage to others, still you have to do what you have to do in 24 hours. Might be you put all your time to become what you want.

Have enough Manpower
Manpower makes an organisation powerful, in fact without people an organisation is nothing, I used to hear from my contacts as they have lot of works pending and lot of works to be completed in a day.

Maintain Clients / Customers Database
Once I asked a fellow businessman, How many clients do you have ? he replied, 600 to 700 clients!! , when I asked How client count can be approximate number?, Why not a definite count as reply?.
