Carrot Parontha




Ingredients

  • 250 Grams Grated Carrot
  • 250 Grams Wheat Atta
  • 125 Grams Rice Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Spicy masala powder
  • 2 tsp Jeera
  • 2 tsp Finely Choped Coriander Leaves
  • Sufficient Quantity of Water

Preparation method

  1. Make a standard chapati dough with carrot, atta and rice flour. Add all the seasonings.
  2. Let sit in fridge for 10 minutes.
  3. Now, take a golf ball sized piece of dough. Roll each ball out into a thick paratha. Cook on tawa and enjoy with ghee or raita.
