Big bus-terminal in Vandalur soon
Another big bus-terminal, like the one which has been functioning from Koyambedu, will soon be constructed in Vandalur in 65-acres of land specifically allotted for the purpose, according to CMDA officials.

Traffic woes at Koyambedu
The large traffic of buses going in and out of Koyambedu’s Moffusil Bus Stand is creating congestion in the area. It is estimated that around 2000 buses frequent the station every day.

More rain expected on Thursday
The low pressure trough near Sri Lanka has caused heavy rains in the southern part of Tamil Nadu, especially those areas of the Cauvery delta. Rains will continue on Thursday as well.
