Pinnacle Group, a leading U.S.-based global workforce solutions provider, has officially opened its first non-U.S. headquarters in Chennai, marking a major milestone in its international expansion. The new APAC Regional Headquarters aims to strengthen the company’s global reach, particularly within India and the larger Asia-Pacific region.
In a ribbon-cutting ceremony today, Pinnacle Group Chairman and CEO Nina Vaca emphasized the importance of India as a strategic market for the company’s future growth. “We are excited to launch our first regional headquarters outside the U.S. here in Chennai, a key market for our global strategy,” said Vaca. “We see tremendous potential and are committed to further investing in both people and technology to better serve our customers.”
The event was attended by U.S. Consul General Chris Hodges, who praised the company’s innovative spirit and highlighted Chennai’s growing reputation as a talent hub. Vishnu Venugopalan, Managing Director and CEO of Guidance Tamil Nadu, also welcomed Pinnacle Group’s expansion, citing the state’s supportive business environment.
Pinnacle Group, the largest Latina-owned workforce solutions provider in the U.S., supports customers in over 20 countries, including 20% of the Fortune 100. With a current workforce of around 100 employees in India, the company plans to rapidly expand its presence in the region over the next 18-24 months.
