2nd stage counselling for Joining Medical Course to start on 22nd July!

The 2nd stage counselling for joining medical courses is scheduled to start on 22nd July and will continue for 4 days.
The students who got their admission letter in the 1st stage counselling have joined their respective colleges.
However, 9 students have not joined their allotted government medical colleges and 108 students have so far not joined the allotted private medical colleges and 20 students allotted seats in the Tamil Nadu government Dental college have also not joined.
This has left 137 vacant seats for MBBS & BDS Courses in government & private sector medical colleges.
There are already existing 137 MBBS & BDS seats in these colleges and 1020 seats for BDS course reserved for state government in 17 private medical colleges are also to be filled. Thus, there are totally 1157 seats vacant.
