Stagnant water in Chennai metro city roads drain out restoring normal traffic

The stagnant water following the heavy rains in most of the Chennai city roads has started draining out. Normal traffric has resumed.
However, in some subways like Puliyanthope Aattuthotti Bridge and other areas, the water remains stagnant. Activities have been initiated to pump out this stagnated water.
With the roads returning to almost normal condition after the stagnant water was drained out, all vehicle drivers are greatly relieved.
