Superb technology to be introduced for better communication between teachers, parents and students in TN schools!!

In the future, the Tamil Nadu government would be introducing outsourced enterprise messaged solutions. The main objective behind this was to improve the communications between the students, parents, teachers and the school education department officials etc.
It is said that the proposed cloud based system would enable faster and more efficient interaction plus it would reduce the turnaround time for the responses. At present, transactional text messages via SMS are being sent by the school education department’s messaging system. It was mentioned by a senior officer from the school education department that the messages were sent with limited resources only and it has been one way only.
In the proposed new cloud based system inward SMSes would be accepted from the stakeholders and immediate responses would be sent to them about the details they need. Soon, parents would also be receiving important messages regarding the student’s welfare schemes, schools promotional activities plus new scheme launches etc. The superb point here is that all the teachers including those in private schools and officers etc would be connected.
Common messages would be sent to the teachers and officers to complete the required work on time. For implementing the new message system, an agency would be outsourced. For storing the numbers of parents, teachers and officers belonging to the school education department a huge database would be created. There would be systematic segregation of all the numbers by the system that would be put in place. By this, the messages could be sent to the required person at any time.
