Time extended for filing Income Tax Returns!

The Central Ministry of Finance has extended the deadline for commercial organizations to file their Income Tax Returns for the Financial Year 2022-23. The earlier deadline was 31st October. This has now been extended until 7th November!
The Central Government`s Department of Direct Taxes which takes the decisions on Income Tax and Corporate Taxes has now revised the last date for commercial organizations to file their Income Tax Returns for the financial year 2022-23 from 31st October to 7th November!
In other words, Under the Income Tax Act Section 139 Sub-section-1, the deadline for filing income tax returns by the commercial organization gets over on 31st October as per the earlier announcement. In this situation, this deadline has now been extended until 7th November.
The local organizations MUST ALL file their Income Tax Returns before 31st October. Other organizations under the Rules and Regulations of transactions MUST FILE THEIR INCOME TAX RETURNS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2022-23 BEFORE 7TH NOVEMBER!
