From March in the year 2020 onwards, Coronavirus infection pandemic has been creating lots of issues for the people across the world and many have got affected by this deadly fast spreading infection. The number of cases has been decreasing now. In Tamil Nadu, just 750 Coronavirus cases were reported on Monday, 22nd November. The total number of infected persons in Tamil Nadu stands at 2721021now.
Yesterday, the district of Coimbatore reported the highest of 125 Coronavirus cases and was followed by Chennai district with as many as 110 cases. Chennai district was followed by Erode district with 75 cases. It is learnt that the test positivity rate or TPR is now at 0.8percent in the state of Tamil Nadu. Test positivity rate of 1.8% was recorded in the district of Coimbatore. Districts like Chengalpet, Namakkal and Salem etc have TPR of 1.3%.
Total number of persons who have died after getting infected with this deadly infection stands at 36388 now in Tamil Nadu.
Important sensational information is that as many as 19 districts belonging to Tamil Nadu have now got less than 10 Covid-19 cases. In Tamil Nadu, a total of 2676017 persons have recovered from the infection and yesterday as many as 843 persons have been discharged from various hospitals.
