Chennai High Court suggestion: change in timings of the +1 & +2 Public Examinations!

The Chennai High Court has suggested that the +1 and +2 Public Examinations must be stated with a 30-minute delay from the original timings announced.
Further, the Chennai High Court has ordered that special buses MUST be arranged to take the +1 & +2 students to the examination centres.
