Chinthadripet Fish Market Shops Available for Rent

The Chennai Corporation has built a modern fish market in Chinthadripet under the Singara Chennai 2.0 project at a cost of ₹2.69 crore. The market, spread over 1,247 square meters, houses 82 shops, each covering 25 square feet.

- Bio-digester structure
- Parking facilities
The monthly rent has been set at ₹25 per square foot, totaling ₹625 per shop. The market will be opened for public use soon.
