US President announces new relaxations on H-1B VISAS!

The President of the USA, Donald Trump, has announced certain relaxations of some of the blocks in the issue of the release of H-1B and H4 Visas.
The relaxations:
Accordingly, H-1B Visa will be issued to the employees who were working in the USA and went back to their countries, in case of returning to the same job. In other words, H-1B visa will be issued only if the concerned employee returns to work in the same concern in the USA where he/she was working
Apart from the employee in the above-mentioned category, H-1B Visa will also be issued to the wife and children of the employee.
In a similar mode, H-1B Visa will be issued to the employees who were working in the USA in the posts of Technical Specialists, Senior Managers, and other Senior Official Positions.
USA President Donald Trump further explained that this decision for relaxation was taken with the main objective of reviving the economy of the USA! However, the other critics observe that Trump has taken this decision with the pending Presidential Election!
