Maaperum Velai Vaaippu Mugaam or massive employment camp would take place in Chennai on 16th of September in view of Kalaignar Karunanidhi`s Nootranndu Vizha. This was announced by the Chennai collector`s office.
According to the release, on the occasion of Kalaignar Karunanidhi`s centenary celebration the department of employment and training have been organising 100 employment camps across TN.
Venue for the employment camp:
The release mentioned that Chennai district`s second biggest employment camp would be held at Jaigovind Harigopal Agarwal Agurchand College between 8am and 3pm on 16th September.
Participation of leading companies:
It is worthy to mention here that more than150 leading companies would be making their presence felt at this forthcoming employment cap in Chennai. These companies would be selecting people for more than 15000 job vacancies in the companies.
Eligibility criteria:
Those persons who have passed or completed 8th class to 12th class, graduates, diploma holders, ITI, vocational education holders, engineering degree, computer operators etc could participate in the camp. It must be noted that the admission to this employment cap is free.
Activities in the employment camp:
Point to be noted is that in this cap registration for free skill development trainings of TN Skill Development Corporation, counselling for the entrepreneurs of the district industrial centre plus bank loan guidance through district pioneer bans etc would be carried out.

Those persons who are willing to work in the private companies must first get registered themselves in the website www.tnprivatejobs.tn.gov and then participate in the job employment camp
