Chennai-Sri Lanka Flights Canceled Due to Low Passenger Numbers, Causing Travel Disruptions!

Flights from Chennai to Sri Lanka were canceled on Saturday due to a shortage of passengers at the domestic airport.
According to the airport authority, two flights—one from Chennai to Sri Lanka and one from Sri Lanka to Chennai-were canceled.
Chennai airport officials attributed the cancellations to an insufficient number of passengers and management issues.
Officials assured that passengers booked on these flights have had their tickets transferred to other flights.
However, the sudden cancellations have caused inconvenience for passengers who were planning to travel from Chennai to Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, Doha, and other destinations via Sri Lanka using these flights as connecting flights.
