Early Booking Advised: Plan Your Ayudha Puja Travel in Advance with Southern Railways Reservation Schedule!
Rail transport is highly favored for long-distance travel due to its convenience, safety, and affordability. However, overcrowding is a common issue, particularly during festive seasons. To alleviate this, travelers can now book train tickets up to 120 days in advance through the IRCTC website or ticket booking centers.
This year, Ayudha Puja falls on Friday, October 11th, followed by Vijayadasami on Saturday, October 12th. With a three-day holiday preceding Ayudha Puja, people are gearing up to plan their journeys and secure their train tickets early.
For those departing on Wednesday, October 9th, reservations can be made starting from Tuesday, June 11th. Similarly, travelers leaving on Thursday, October 10th, can book their tickets from June 12th.
Southern Railway officials have advised that travelers heading to the city on October 11th, the day of Ayudha Puja, should make their reservations starting from June 13th.
