Weather Update: Hotspot Districts and Rainfall Forecast for Tamil Nadu

As per the latest update from Tamil Nadu Weatherman, Nagai, Mayiladuthurai, Karaikkal, Tiruvarur, and Cuddalore will be the primary hotspot districts experiencing significant weather activity today.
Additionally, nearby districts including Thanjavur, Trichy, Ramanathapuram, Pudukottai, Perambalur, Ariyalur, Villupuram, and Puducherry are also expected to witness rainfall.
The Depression, which is currently showing a northerly movement with a slight easterly shift, will influence the weather pattern. As a result, KTCC (Kancheepuram, Tiruvallur, Chennai, and Chengalpattu) regions are likely to experience reduced rainfall today compared to yesterday.
However, the forecast indicates that heavy rains will resume in these regions once the Depression shifts to a westerly route towards the Tamil Nadu coast.
